What should I expect to happen once I place an online order? When your order is received, it will normally be processed by the next business day (Mon-Fri) At this time, we will notify you via email if your order contains any sold-out or back-ordered items.

When will my credit card be charged? For in-stock items, your credit card will be charged upon ordering and shipment. For back ordered items, we will charge your credit card when we are able to fill your order.

Do you have a store where we can try on your clothes? We are located at 68 S Main, Brigham City UT 84302. Our hours are T-F 11-6pm Sat 11-5pm.

How do I determine the correct size to order? The correct size to order can be determined by using our sizing chart provided. Additional information will be listed in the description of each item.

Great Lengths Clothing wants you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return the item to us for a full refund of the purchase price less shipping within the 30 days of purchase.

GUIDELINES FOR RETURNING OR EXCHANGING MERCHANDISE

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item for an exchange or refund. Follow the guidelines on the back of the sales receipt enclosed with the order. The cost of your return shipping to us will be reimbursed if the return is due to manufacturer’s defect or due to an error on our part. Great Lengths Clothing cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected mail, so for your protection, you may choose to insure returns. Sorry, no C.O.D.

Exchanges will be shipped as soon as possible, but please allow up to 2 weeks from the time you returned the merchandise to receive the exchange. The customer will be responsible for the cost of shipping returned merchandise to Great Lengths Clothing. Great Lengths Clothing will pay for the cost of shipping the replacement item to the customer. Please allow two weeks for processing returns. Please allow one to two billing statements for credits to appear on your charge card.

Guidelines for returns vary depending on the type of purchase. Please see item type below for restrictions and requirements.

GUIDELINES FOR RETURNING ALL CLOTHING

Clothing purchased through Great Lengths Clothing may be returned for a full refund of the purchase price or exchanged within 30 days of receipt. Please do not remove tags from items. To expedite return/exchange, please fill out return form provided on the reverse side of the sales receipt. Items may be returned in the original shipping bag. Priority mail bags and boxes are available free of charge at your local US post office.

Bridal Parties, etc: We are always happy to assist you if you are ordering multiple dresses or skirts for a bridal party or special group. Please contact us by phone at 435-734-0100 as we may need to special order some of the dresses to complete your party. We generally suggest ordering at least 6 weeks prior to your event to allow time for special orders. We offer a 15% discount to brides who order 3 or more dresses.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

When you place an order with Great Lengths Clothing, you can be confident that your order will be shipped promptly. If your order includes and sold out or back ordered items, you will be notified via email. All U.S. orders are shipped via 2-3 Day Priority Mail through the US Postal Service. All orders outside the U.S. will be shipped via Airmail or US Global Priority.

Orders are usually shipped within 48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays). You will be notified promptly by email if any items are sold out or back ordered. Please allow 2 weeks to receive your order before contacting us. Allow additional time for International orders. Our shipping prices are based on the weight of each item, and the destination.
